Return Policy

At Green Tails Market, we want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • In-Store Purchases: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • Online Orders: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at 860-461-7158 before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Pet food and treats must be unopened and not past their expiration date.
  • Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement (processing times may vary by bank/credit card company).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

  2. Let us know your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
